Delayed cash back bonus payout
My car insurance policy annivesary was on the 31st of May and I have qualified for a cash back reward. I was informed at the annual renewal call that this will be paid out within 45 days of the annivesary date . I called last week to find out what the actual payment date will be and I was informed that I would only be receiving the payment at the end of August which is unacceptable. Pls contact me regarding this as there are never any responses on emails.
