Default on my name from Absa! WHY?

I have cancelled my policy with Absa January/February 2022 , Now I have a default against my name , I lodge a dispute on Experian and send an email to Absa , no feedback. Who can assist me to clear the default , and more important how can a short term insure default a person?? My POLICY NUMBER ***
