Deduction of Unknown Absa Insurance

I am very frustrated about ABSA IDIRECT Insurance I have insured my car with them however in January when ABSA IDirect debited my account, they found that I had insufficient funds. From January when I call them to make arrangement, I was not aware that they were apparently opening a new multiple coves, This happened in February , March and May... In March they deducted R11 700 for the cover that was supposed to be only R1770. They deducted 6770 for the cover of R1770 in May. From March until now they are not resolving my issue and my account is being compromised...I need their urgent assistance..
