Deducted double premiums for insurance

I am so dissatisfied with Absa insurance, and how they have conducted themselves during Covid 19 pandemic. I sent you an email requesting a 1 month pause of insurance since I was not sure where and how will we get paid.

So today on the 25th of April, Absa deducted double premiums for insurance policy! For what because insurances are month to month. Do I have to pay back the arranged premium during this time where everyone is not sure of the future? I want you to return back my 1 premium to my account because you sent me an email claiming my case was closed. I assumed you did understand my request. Please bring back my money there are many insurances who understand and have not deducted back premiums.
