Declining a clutch claim as wear and tear😭😭😭😭

Absa insurance by innovation is a disgrace declining clutch cover claim as wear and tear yet they say it's covered I'm very disappointed with your service how can you decline a fault when the clutch cannot take gears been with you from 2013 this is a huge disappointment.
