Declined claim

I finally got the opportunity to the telephone booth about the claim of theft of motor gate and damage to the gate, my claim is declined they said that I must provide them with the proof of repair to the motor gate which was ****** in the year 2021 and replaced by them in December when copper pipes, motor gates etc. were ****** now I must produce the proof of repairs to that motor gate which was done somewhere in April/ May 2021, that's not fair
