Debit order going off on a wrong date resulting in bank charges

Hi there

I have tried calling Absa idirect regarding an erroneous SMS I received this morning about my insurance "premiums being returned unpaid." From the agreement I have with Absa iDirect, the debit order is supposed to be going off on the 28th of every month. I have incurred bank charges as a result of this, and would like to be reimbursed.
