******* debit order by ABSA idirect insurance company

ABSA idirect insurance company *******ly debiting my bank account after I sent an email on the 30th October 2025 requesting cancellation of my car insurance with immediate effect, but they ignored my email and continue to *******ly debit my account on the 15th of November 2025 and now I’m trying to reverse the debit order but I’m taken from one consultant to another while ABSA bank say they are unable to reverse the debit orders and I should contact the company directly !!!!
