Activate by Absa is the worst car insurance. There service is very very bad. I canceled my policy in February but they debited. Sent 3 emails requesting them to cancel the policy but no luck. One of the consultant at absa branch sent an email requesting them to cancel the policy instead they reviewed the policy and sent me an amended wording policy. I've called them number for more than 7 days where I had to hold the line for more than 30 minutes,still no luck. I am so frustrated right now. I escalated the matter to their complaint department ,still waiting for their response. As absa loyal client, I am very disappointed with this service. February debit order was reversed at absa branch in phalaborwa, now the branch is closed due to unforseen circumstances. The charges i am incurring when i reverse debit orders 😭.Please help with procedure to end this madness😠 .
