DAMAGES AFTER ABSA INSURANCE JOB.

A pipe burst in my bathroom wall. ABSA took care of it. The pipe was fixed by a plumber. The wall was fixed and tiled by a builder. Aftermath: 1. The pipe holding the showerhead is loose. 2. The showerhead does not swivel anymore. 3. There is a huge noise when the tap is opened. 4. The opening where the handshower pipe enters the wall is not sealed with a stainless steel ring. It's been weeks now. ABSA INSURANCE promises to send someone out to investigate tbe matter, but I only receive what seem to be automated emails in response. CLAIM NUMBER: 408 766
