Hi, I have had the assistance of CYNTHIA MAILULA at ABSA bank with regards to my insurance claims. And I must honestly say that she was so helpful and so in-depth and took the time and patience to go through my claim 100% to my satisfaction. She goes over and above the call of duty to involve the necessary departments in order to get your matters resolved or at least heard through correctly. It is very seldom that you have this kind of service level received by these kind of departments. I would highly recommend him to put in a managerial position. As she Is not very professional but deals with Client and way that you feel welcomed and yet she still holds ABSA standards very high. She doesn’t amazing job and I would highly recommend a promotion
