Customer service at its best !

Siphelele Thobile Nkomo is a great example of how to deal with clients. She was patient, very informative and has the voice with the ability to calm you down. I was running around looking for documents that I needed to provide but she assured me that she would be able to assist me. She sorted out my request eventually even though I was sent from pillar to post. Thank you Siphelele and keep up the great work.
