Customer complaints here are attended and resolved

I wrote to hellopeter in August regarding the unavailability of the call centre agents to discuss my policy and I would hold for long on the phone to be assist. Pravesh Bejay took my complain here and made sure that it was resolved at a mater of urgency. I'm still happy and I claimed last year during lockdown and my claim was assessed and approved without hussles.
