Credit shortfall

I took a vehicle insurance with ABSA and i specifically asked them to include credit shortfall in the quotation they told me not to worry about it since my vihecle is ABSA financed i must not worry about the credit shortfall as it it insurance inclusive

Today i get a sales call for credit shortfall cover, something that i think i already have as i was informed so when i was taking the ABSA policy to find out that this is not the case is shocking. If something happened i would have thought i am covered but i wasnt this is ***** as i would have not taken the policy had i knew that i was not covered for credit shortfall or they are going to be more expensive with credit shortfall
