Credit Profile Update

I have an account *** appearing on my credit profile and have been trying to contact ABSA Insurance without getting any assistance, i had a car insurance from February 2023 to August 2023 and had been cancelled over 2 years now but the account still appears as Active and Open on my credit profile, please update your records accordingly, also the account does not correspond with my old policy number ***
