Continuously disgusting and disappointing service

Tried to cancel policy, was confirmed and then reinstated for whatever reason. I still got debited when I wasn’t supposed to. Have not been able to get ahold of them once in the past 6 weeks. Finally got a call a week ago to cancel the policy, however no refund as of yet even when I bank with ABSA. Once again, cannot get ahold of anyone. This continuously disgusting and disappointing service has left me speechless
