Consultant poor service 0% Service

I just spoke to Ayanda regarding my premium going up, I asked to speak to a team leader and he told me that his team leader is in a meeting, he put me on hold and came back to tell me that the team won’t be able to speak to me, the consultant was so impatient with me, My premiums has went up 2 times within 5 months
