Comprehensive Absa idirect car insurance is just a professional rip - off

I have reviewed Absa on the same car claim case they apologized and made empty promises promises just to continue giving me unnecessary grief. I have been most unfortunate to wake up to a burning Ford Ranger at 2 am. I miraculously suceeded, put out fire, saved my home and body of the car. Absa idirect last communication with me was when I was told they have approved the claim. No report of what went wrong or what will be done to fix it. The car was taken to their approved body works. I was told by them on the 30th that I must collect the car for it is ready. It was the first time they spoke to me since started working on my car. Absa also had nothing to say to me at all. It has been a deafening silence. I requested Absa on the same day by email to please send my car to Ford for re-evaluation of work done, for my safety as a driver who ducked the flames. Only Absa knows what was done my car. They do not care if I am aware or not. I went to the Panel beaters, incredibly, they said they could not put their finger on what caused the fire. They would take it that very day to Ford but idirect has to authorize it. They understood my point perfectly. Now Absa, on the other hand is busy vouching for the perfect job they have done to my car to fix problem the car owner was never informed about for almost 2 months. I had to fight Absa for a car hire, which I pay for, they left me stranded for weeks. Now when they heard the car was done and have received my request. They rushed to Avis to help them pressure me to return the car hire so I will be desperate to take back that car they want me to drive whatever the case may be. I wrote to them emails from the 30th, I called and was told to hold while consulting on the matter. An email was to be sent to managers which has not been answered till now. I drive 60 km to and from work. It is normal for Absa that I take a car that caught fire while parked out of the blue, drive it to and from work over 50 km a day, then park it in my yard trusting that the Panel beaters may have fixed a cause that they are not even aware of. That fire still lives in my mind, these people just hear a story from me. That is why now Absa is trying to make my experience so small. The assessor if there is one, has never communicated a thing about their findings to me almost 2 months now. I took comprehensive car insurance for peace of mind, and it placed me here. The Panel beaters have been honest with me while Absa is playing a gamble. They said to my brother, a mechanic, they did not find what caused the fire and they understand my concern and would take the car to Ford as soon as yesterday if Absa gave them authority to do so. Absa would now like to pretend they performed that job and can rule out any further hazard. That is not so, Absa does what they do based only on further costs outlook. I may bring death to my door this time, they do not care for any tighter prevention steps. All they see is cutting own costs, not any value for my money and my safety. My car now is ditched at Panel beaters, who agree they could not locate what caused the fire or vouch they have eradicated that problem. Based on that Absa says the car is ready and need not be taken to Ford for re- evaluation of work done by the Panel beaters, who do not know what they were dealing with except looking for burnt wires and replacing them. I am simply requesting for Ford quality assurance for my peace of mind. Nobody knows where the fire came from, suspicions is not an area of the panel beaters but that of police. Police came to my home and opened a case for me, so from people who touched my car I need mechanical explanations, prevention of further fire outbreak and no additional fire hazard . A job has been done based on nothing. My request is not outrageous, why I am being frustrated here is inconceivable to me.
