On the 21/6/2021. I MN Selela called absa Idirect with the aim of changing to another insurance company. I was assisted by Mr Jonathan Reddy who was patient enough to explain how insurance companies operates. I was able to make an informed decision. Keep up the good work Mr Jonathan Reddy.
