Compliment as I say goodbye

I have been with Absa Idirect for about 3 years and around last year I had a major accident with my car and I got a super service with regards to my claim and how it was processed and paid out without any glitches,recently I received an offer from what I assume is a direct competitor to Absa Idirect and unfortunately they couldn’t match my new premiums and sadly I had to terminate my insurance with them,I was assisted by the gentleman from their retention department by the name of Thabiso Letsoela who went out of his way to assist me to get a better offer with them but unfortunately he couldn’t but I was very impressed with his professionalism and the way he assisted and handled my query till the end.well done to him and he must continue doing the great job his doing and my hope is going forward if there’s an offer from a competitor as an existing client they should try everything to match the offer than to lose a client entirely.
