Good afternoon, I have a car and house content insurance with absa for a very long time now, due to their exceptional service, today i called in to review my policy because i cannot afford the current premium. So i was very lucky to find a consultant by the name Lerato Molokoane, who got me a very good discount and for the first time in a very long time, this woman was very passionate about her work, she was very kind and yes she managed to keep me because i had calls from different insurers trying to buy me out with "their great deals". Lerato Molokoane deserves an incentive for her exceptional work, Absa will have a lot more clients if all consultants will be as friendly and helpful like Lerato #i am a happy customer now
