Complaint Resolved Professionally
I had the opportunity to deal with Amanda Tshangela from ABSA I Direct regarding an issue i did not agree with them on. I thought it was going to be a fight instead I encountered a very polite and helpful person. Having been dealing with I Direct for many years and it is because of people like herself.
