Complaint against Absa activate

Hi, Mr Mdunyelwa here. I received a call from a from Absa activate giving me a quote on my car and it was very interesting in terms of the premium and we reached an agreement that I'm taking this insurance and they will start on the 20th of April this year 2025. The guy promised to send the documents via email immediately after the call, up until this date no documents received by me. The guy told me to download their app, and when I went through the app I noticed that the premium the guy told me is not what is in the app, the 1 I was given was R600 and something and in the app was R1200 and something, and the information of the car was or is totally wrong that's not my car that is in the app. When the 20th of April came they deducted R1700 and something which was the third amount of premium in the same policy. When I noticed all those mistakes in the app I made several attempts to reach out to them via email with no avail end up cancelling the policy via email but even that didn't succeed as they deducted on the 20th of April, and before that I also called them wasting my airtime they played PUFF AND PASS with me. Lastly I'm very worried as they promised to double that amount of R1700 when they deduct this coming 20th of May. Can they please cancel my membership please I don't want any thing to do with them as they always promise to come back to me when I try to communicate with them, I know even on this 1 they will say that.
