Complaint

I have never been so frustrated with this insurance until now. I have called 4 times already today. Long queues. Been sent from pillar to post. I think its time to move. In january alone i called 6 times. Clearly no one knows how to do a policy review there. Sent emails from 16 January no one bothers to contact me. I keep calling ill be in the queue for more than 10 min and when they answer ladies will be chatting about brazilian hair or pretend not to hear me like its caotic. 5 years with them no claim but im super disappointed.
