ABSA Appointed RENEW IT Randburg to fix vehicle for pothole damages. Needed to go back 4 times in order for panelbeater to fix problems that arise from repairs. The assessor that handle the claim was ***********, due to not being able to resolved issues experience timeously. Pick new faults & his first response was he needed a report, after report send I needed to follow-up after two days of no reply. Was informed that the fault was related to wear & tear without investigation. They are quick to explain the wear & tear issues, but can't explain the why they did not follow the correct Industry repair protocol in the first place.
