Complaint

Absa Motor Insurance is very poor, the consultants are rude unprofessional, i called to request for an uber they told me that my policy is inactive whereas every month money is deducted from account. Several times i called to rectify that with no success. I have tried several times to speak their superiors they just drop the phone and speak over me. I spoke to luyanda Sibeko who transferred with to Towing Department instead of Claims whereas i waited for good ten minutes when i finally receive someone they transfer me to another department.

even today im not assisted but money is still debited but my car is nt covered.
