Complain about absa direct insurance

Good morning my name is judian Bvuma l have been with absa insurance for few years, l had accident on the 28th September 2021 lve lodged case same day. I'm not happy with the service firstly the staff are very rude, l ws told that they wil send an assesser is 7 days today no update nothing!!! Waiting period is too much, when they debit money there's no long waiting period, now l don't have a car to go to work, nothing is happening l must just wait for how long no ldea.
