Competence and friendly helpfull service

I was assisted by Cebevile Sithole, my decision was to cancel my Absa Vehicle Insurance and she changed my mind with very important points and information. She was friendly, competent and very helpful and also showed interest in my life which is so comforting. She also negotiated without even me asking some relieve in the price and gave me a lot of extra information regarding my policy which I was not aware of.
