Was assisted by Charity Mkansi, very informative, concise and straight to the point. She wasn't trying to convince me of anything but I could tell that she is confident in the benefits offering provided by the company. She informed me of all these and assisted in updating some profile details. There's also one number to call for all car benefits, legal, house, maintenance etc all of which are covered in the car insurance policy. Happy customer at this point, haven't claimed yet or made use of their services, hope they are as efficient as the telephonic service and written benefits.
