Cold showers because of Absa Insurance

3 weeks without hot water. Absa insurance appointed Southside Plumbers who left a burst geyser and replaced a working one. Then ABSA appointed another plumber who replaced the burst geyser. However, the geyser has no power. I called Absa insurance to rectify. I am still waiting 3 weeks later.
