Claims take way too long to finalize

Here we go again.... So the claims take too long to finalize... I claimed for water damage to my property due to a burst pipe and then it took a month to finalize... Eventually got paid out and the property got vandelized the same day before I could even appoint a contractor to do the repairs(I could literally do nothing for the whole claim proses)...so now I'm waiting for them to finalize the second claim but it's take almost 2 months now.... I have repaired everything out of my own pocket as I can not keep waiting and loosing tenants to this.... At the same time Absa wants me to keep up with my bond... So please can we get somewhere?... Funny thing is this is not the first time I write a review on absa insurance
