Claims forever an issues no proof just denied

My mother as been a client for 11 years and as never made a claim ,we place 2 claims in the last 5 months and both were denied when we explain that's they're reason for rejecting the claim makes no sense,when are cut off n told the claim is rejected due this unreasonable service were we do not even get to discuss the issue ,she will be looking for new car and house cover
