Claim rejected unfairly.

My which I bought on the 9th of February 2022,in may I had an incident and my car was fixed by the car insurance, and after that no one has ever fixed the car in any way, on the 13th of February 2023 my car burned while we were driving, we saw smoke coming from the cabinet, managed to park by the side of the road though the break's stopped working, when whe opened the bonnet we found fire, luckily one of the car's passing by helped us with water to stop the fire, due to the fire my car is a written off, and the insurance is refusing to pay, my car is a Nissan magnite, at Nissan klerksdorp they investigated and said the car burned because of a glue that was used wrongly , Absa refused to pay though they are the only ones who have fixed my car since I bought it. I filed a complaint after they rejected my claim, they said the investigation will take two to three days, it's way passed the time limit, they haven't gotten back to me, and they are not responding to my emails when I'm asking about the progress of my Complaint.
