Claim rejected for a stupid reason

I fail to understand why the claim was rejected and when the assessors came did see and even said themselves that it will be fixed as the heavy rains did that. never had I had a leak and my garage and the other room leas becuase of the heavy rains that occurred now they come with stories. they say this

As per our assessors report: We met with the insured who showed us the affected area. On our inspection we found that insured has a tiled roof ceiling. Roof looks neat; however, the valleys are not waterproofed correctly. The water managed to seep through the valley and 2 by the flashing the waterproofing is deteriorating. Water managed to seep through and cause internal damages to garage ceilings. If roof were properly sealed, there would not have been internal damage to the ceilings, garage and bedroom.

This is utter bull and nonsense what their saying. Absa has a bad reputation when i comes to claims they will lie to getaway with not wanting to pay or fix. I advise that clients to move to companies where they wont be ****** and taken for ride. i will move to momentum becuase i cannot be betting such service after paying for the years.
