Claim number ***

Since I claimed for a car accident happened on the 26th of February 2022, to date I have not received my pay out for a car that they written off, but looked repairable. I am struggling getting a new car and no communication from them at all. The car is with them and I am struggling whereas I never defaulted on premium payment.
