Claim free bonus not being paid out

I have been awaiting the payment of my 4th yr claim free bonus since my policy anniversary in May. I have followed up telephonically with no success. At first I was informed that the bonuses get paid out on the 25th of Aug. This came and went past and nothing was received. I followed up again and I was informed that the Finance lady doing reconciliations for this was not at the office on the day but a note had been sent to them to process this. I might add that the particular agent I spoke to on that day was also trying to convince me that my policy anniversary is in June not May which I found absolutely annoying seeing as it appears you want to use the fact that I had an unfortunate accident 5 days into June which I submitted a claim for to not pay this out. I'm sure you can do better than this for all my years of loyalty to this company.
