Claim dismissed due to service provider wanting to do the job privately to benefit their own company

I had a ceiling collapse which was caused by an extreme storm , i put in a claim then absa sends their service provider to come and check the damages and take pictures. Before absa could even view the claim i get a private message from the service provider wanting to exclude absa and do the job privately so i can be liable for the payment. The next thing absa dismisses my claim and tells me that the service provider wrote on their report that the ceiling collapsed because of poor workmanship. I tried to take it up with them and i was told that they would investigate but nothing happened, instead they sent an email stating that my claim has been dismissed. To me that meant that my claim was dismissed on purpose by the service provider because they wanted to do it privately and cashin from my side. Absa insurance and their service providers are **** and i wouldn't encourage anyone to join them.
