Claim C-***3

I am not happy about Absa home insurance. I made a claim on the 15 March due to heavy rains that caused my storm pipes to be blocked by the sand that was imported in the drains and that leaded to water over flowing and entered inside the house, my roof is also leaking that all started after those heavy rains. Now Absa came two months later to do inspections and they concluded that all this happened due to lack of maintenance to the building they failed to come while I was still struggling to take water out of my house and they also failed to send a plumber to assist me with drains and yet they concluded that it all my failure to maintain the house. They don't know the trauma that I went through on that day when I wake up in the flooded house.
