Claim and follow ups ignored and nothing being done about the claim

I logged a claim almost 2 weeks ago for my collapsed ceiling and ABSOLUTELY NOTHING has been done about it. I emailed the documents they requested, emailed follow ups, contacted my private banker to escalate and all of my emails get ignored. This is the worst insurance in the world and should be avoided at all costs.
