Claim abounded
Good Day
Since I've lodged my claim on the 5 August 2022, I've never received any call for the person who is dealing with my claim, I only received SMS that says "Good day Mr/s Vukeya, your claim was allocated to Terence Morgan. Current Status: Validation, Period: 7-10 working days. Regards Absa Insurance "
Angain I received the SMS saying the lawyers want the information of the Third Party and I don't understand why? Then I decided to written and email to lawyers explaining everything, I will attach the email below.
Today I received another sms saying that my claim was abondend why I don't understand.
Please may you kindly assist me urgently.

I wonder if that reference number exist cause she's not giving me update and I've not yet received any call from Idirect concerning my case. Thanks in advance.
