It would have been so nice to see the person behind the phone today, the assistance I received from a very professional consultant, friendly, well-spoken and thoughtful, I had a bit of laughter during our conversation for a minute she almost had me changing my mind on cancelling my insurance with Absa, that's how nice she was.
