Cebisile Sithole was very helpful. She assisted me when I was ready to switch. The call with her was very informative. Gave me a pace of mind and I was resolved swiftly with so much kindness. Would definitely recommend Absa as they also assisted with my very first claim swiftly and with no hassles. Well done to Cebi, a great asset to the company!
