Cebisile - friendly service

I needed to cancel my policy for over a week and after being frustrated I was finally placed in contact with the lovely Cebisile Sithole who assisted me with her friendliness and understanding. Should I have been incontact with her earlier I wouldnt have needed to cancel , however unfortunately after the whole week of requiring assistance I still decided to cancel.

Cebisile was helpful and knowledgeable and caring.
