I spoke to Cassandra Jones who assisted me with the updating of my existing policy. She was very helpful, patient and friendly. Her service was extremely professional and efficient, and I received an email with my updated policy within 2 minutes of our conversation! I asked many questions which forced her to go back and forth in my policy checking various options, and she did it all patiently and with a smile in her voice.
