Cash back not paid as promised.
Good day,
I'm failing to get my refund for my cash back from ABSA indirect company. I'm told it was paid yet nothing is showing on my absa cheque account furthermore they requested my bank statement as proof.
The same account number they are debting for my car insurance was not refunded. I have been calling doing inquires. Only today got to understand that money was paid but not showing in my account.

27 Jun 2025, 16:18Your company it's failing me. I had logged a complain via email till this day nover got an emails. Now have to proof that my Absa cheque Account was not paid. I had made arrangements as I was told that the money will be paid before Saturday. I'm stuck now.
How could, I proof that my cheque account was not paid? Ur urgent assistances in this regard will be highly appreciated furthermore,they must look at giving me discount in my indirect vehicle insurance. Please call me.
