Cases never get attended to
When sending emails regarding follow up on claims you never get any reply. Claims gets rejected you then send relevant documents about the claim and they just don't get back to you at all. You call and stays forever on the line

29 Aug 2024, 08:59There are 2 issues I'm not happy with 1 that my claim was rejected when I sent through relevant information 2 I had a leaking pipe or tape the service provider told me it was the tap and not there pipe and told me absa won't cover the 1 hour labour if I buy my own tap and for them to fit it. I had to pay them R1495 for a tap and labour.
