Car Insurance Rip-off: ABSA iderect Insurance

ABSA idirect Insurance is refusing to fully repair my insured vehicle notwithstanding the fact that i am comprehensively insured for over years. when they feel cornered they claimed my car was not supposed to have insured in the first place and they tried to terminate my cover but luckily enough i know my rights and pushed back on this abuse of power, I am waiting for the phone records which i will share to expose their *****ed ways. I know they will come with another excuse, why they cannot share the records as they have promised.
