Car insurance client retained

I would like to commend Thabiso Letsoela for the outstanding service he gave me today - I was actually calling to cancel my car insurance with ABSA as I had received a better quote somewhere else, but he was quick to counter the offer I received in a manner that showed me that he really wanted to retain me as their client.
