Car Insurance

Activate by Absa is the worst car insurance. Their service is very very bad. I sent an email 20 February to cancel the car insurance no one responded. I called them their call center is always busy final Monday 24th March i manage to get hold of them. the consultant who answered the call apologized and he promise i will be refunded for the amount that they debited in February and promised that now in March the debit order wont go through yet they debited my account again. please rectify this. I have the reference number for the call i have with the consultant.
