Car insurance

They seems to not take us serious, I never get any feedback from them …I’ve waited for car part for almost 5 weeks (if I’m not mistaken) atleast they should have given me hired car because the gave me for 20 days without starting any investigation…. This people abuse so many people out there … this is my 3rd month without a car🥹
